I have used this daily for 2 months. I like all functions of this device, and highly recommend the Flex2 and/or the Flex Traveler book light, and the leather cover.
This has been the best present I have given to myself in a while. Easy to use, easy to read, holds many books, downloads previews and books quickly, perfect size, easy to carry to appointments and travel with, excellent outdoors in the bright sun.
Expectations should be:
an e-reader in only black and white (light gray background), convenience, simple to understand and use, but as with most new things, requires a very short time to get used to it if you are low tech. Since it has a screen, expect it to be somewhat reflective in the sun if not positioned right. People that complain about reflectiveness need to stick with dull paged books, but it is truely not a problem.
Everyone I personally know that has the Kindle2 loves it, and most prefer it to the larger DX.
Additional comment: very impressive packaging; you want to like it and not return it. Great price now.
